Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with healthcare IT expertise to lead two critical projects for a healthcare organization. The primary focus will be an enterprise migration of EMR systems, including data integration and migration, along with managing change management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience deploying EMR systems and working with the data migration, as well as leading cross-functional teams and engaging with vendors. Additionally, experience with data reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.

The second project, set to begin in mid-January, will involve overseeing the rollout of an electronic visit verification system from a project management standpoint. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to an evolving PMO environment, as current procedures are still being developed.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration and integration of EMR systems with existing core systems.
  • Manage data migration efforts and downstream reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful system integrations.
  • Oversee the rollout of an electronic visit verification system starting in mid-January.
  • Manage change management initiatives and ensure project success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in healthcare IT or related fields.
  • Experience with EMR system deployments or data migration projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex healthcare application or IT healthcare projects.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, internal teams, and upper management.
  • Proficiency in managing change in an evolving PMO.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Power BI or other data reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology or Scrum.

Work Schedule:
This is a remote position with CST hours, offering a flexible and dynamic work environment.
