**Description**
The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for daily operations, personnel management and technical expertise of the laboratory section. Provides accurate, timely and cost effective service to all laboratory customers.

**Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.**

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree Medical Technology. Or equivalent educ/experience.- Education and training equivalent to a Bachelor’s of Science degree in a chemical, physical or biological science and have at least four years of clinical laboratory training or experience within 10 years immediately prior to application on human specimens or a combination of both in high complexity testing within the specialty area.

+ upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Technician – American Association of Bioanalysts. Or
+ upon hire: National Medical Technologist – American Association of Bioanalysts. Or
+ upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Technician – American Medical Technologists. Or
+ upon hire: National Medical Technologist – American Medical Technologists. Or
+ upon hire: National Laboratory Tech – United States Government.
+ 4 years Work experience in the clinical laboratory.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous supervisory experience.
