**Providence is calling a** **Supervisor Coding, Integrity** **who will:**
+ Be responsible for supervising a team of Educators in their analysis, review and issue identification for key revenue cycle functions
+ Ensure regulatory compliance and integrity of the Revenue Cycle system wide
+ Ensure our providers are educated to compliantly document their services and code correctly following Providence Health & Services guidelines, this will result in a sustainable revenue cycle that will support Providence Health & Services, Swedish and PacMed in meeting financial objectives compliantly
+ Conduct metrics analysis managing a team who conducts coding, compliance and documentation guidelines education, identifies issues, and proposes solutions
+ Perform highly complex and detailed coding review
+ Serve as a valued resource to all regions’ leadership, physicians and non-physician providers
+ Travel to assigned regions to meet with leadership and providers to assist each region regarding coding, compliance, documentation quality and to escalate sensitive issues and compliance concerns that may arise
+ Work closely with the regional leadership teams, the Revenue Cycle Physician Billing departments, RIS RC Auditors, as well as all physicians, non-physician providers, compliance personnel and coding staff in all regions of Providence Health & Services
+ Perform all duties in a manner that promotes the Providence Health & Services mission, values, and philosophy
+ Serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization
+ Support the following Regions: Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana, California, Texas, New Mexico and various Affiliates including Swedish, Paced and Kadlec

**Required qualifications for this position include:**
+ H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalency
+ 7+ years of progressively responsible healthcare experience in a multi-specialty group practice with extensive experience with CPT, ICD-10 and HCPC coding for E&M visits and procedure/surgical services
+ 5+ years experience conducting provider education and documentation audits for providers in clinic and hospital based inpatient and outpatient PB coding

+ **Required within 1 year of hire date:**
+ Current Coding Auditor Credentials (CPMA or CEMC)
+ Current Specialty Coding Certification (Ex. CGSC, COBGC, CGIC, COSC)
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree **-OR-** a combination of equivalent education and experience
+ 3+ years of previous supervisory or lead experience in a PB coding department and/or progressively more responsible work experience
