**Description**
**Supervisor Supply Chain – Everett (Full time / Evening shift / 1 FTE)**
The Distribution Supervisor is a front line supervisory positions that reports directly to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, and is responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day operations of Distribution, Receiving, Linen, Courier, and Mail services to the Northwest Service Area (NWSA). These responsibilities include the assurance of attaining agreed upon levels of inventory and supplies, financial performance, human resource management, quality standards, policy and procedure adherence, and management expectations. Work situations are a combination of routine and non-routine, requiring leadership, independent thinking, decision-making and analytical skills, problem solving and the use of discretion and good judgment. Internal contacts include all levels of staff, requiring the ability to establish rapport and maintaining professional relationships with all customers. External contacts may include vendor and supplier representatives.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Relevant experience in a warehouse environment, preferably one in which an electronic inventory management system was used
+ 1 year supervisory or lead experience. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management, or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field may substitute for the required experience
+ 3 years Materials management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management, or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field may substitute for the required experience
