**Job Summary**

Responsible for performing assignments in support of the supply chain category management lifecycle for products and/or services, with a focus on post signature and/or post approval activities. Assignments may include data comparisons, building and maintaining contract documentation, assistance with contract renewals, extensions, terminations and contract reporting. Assists and monitors contractual agreements between Sanford and suppliers of products and/or services. This includes duties such as maintaining contract documentation, assistance with contract renewals, extensions and reporting.

Maintains accurate contract pricing within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, investigates pricing discrepancies and product inquiries with suppliers, and participates in analytical activities including use of data tools and resources. Assists with backorders, product discontinuations and replacements. Conducts basic procurement procedures and techniques as needed. Evaluates and monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations using established resources. Assists Procure to Pay in reconciliations of invoice discrepancies and/or other needs.

Necessary skills include project management, effective communication, organization in a diverse portfolio of work, attention to detail, and knowledge of commonly-used Microsoft Office functions. Utilizes a collaborative team-centered approach to forming and maintaining positive working relationships. Adheres to established Category Management processes.

Adheres to federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to contracting and procurement of equipment, supplies, and services. Plans and implements recurring work using established procedures, conferring with Category Management leadership as necessary.

**Qualifications**

Associate degree in a related field required. In lieu of education, leadership may consider three years applicable experience in supply chain, purchasing, contract preparation and/or administration.
