Overview
Surgical Tech is responsible for assisting surgeons and other members of the surgical team during operations, including pre-surgery setup and post-operation tasks. Full time position. Must be able to take call. Benefits include paid time off, retirement, insurance benefits and tuition assistance.
*Duties*
ยท Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment, and supplies.
ยท Ensures good working order of equipment and instruments.
ยท Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients.
ยท Passes instruments to physician during surgery. Continually accounts for number and location of instruments and supplies during surgery.
ยท Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.

ยท Graduate of Surgical Tech Program, preferred
