Overview
Provides first level support to internal customers regarding basic application, hardware and service/network requests.
Minimum Education• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Required SkillsCertification:• Microsoft basic certification (A ) preferred.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum Work Experience• Minimum of two (2) years recent experience directly supporting users of Microsoft Products within a company LAN/WAN environment.• Hospital or medical information systems experience preferred.
