Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain production, testing, and training environments
- Create reports using SQL Management Studio, Spotfire, and/or Excel to support daily operations
- Provide end-user training on system functionality and develop training documentation
- Perform complex analysis for decision-making and reporting
- Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and controls
- Collaborate with team members to recommend system adjustments
- Develop business processes independently using best practices
Top Skills:
- Working knowledge of Kronos Telestaff, Dimension/Workforce Manager (WFM), UKG, and PeopleSoft or similar systems
- Experience creating reports using applications like SQL Management Studio, Spotfire, or Excel
- Strong ability to perform data analysis and quality assurance
- Ability to consult and make system adjustment recommendations
Nice to Haves:
- Experience providing training to end-users and developing documentation
- Ability to work independently to develop business processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
