Qualifications for the Tax Consultant:
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, and PowerPoint, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF, and COUNTIF.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx is a plus.
- Retail experience is a strong advantage.
- 4+ years of professional experience required.
- Experience in sales and use tax compliance, including e-filing, data prep, return prep, reconciliation, and payments.
- Able to conduct use tax reviews for self-assessment.
- Account reconciliation, tax research, and licensing experience are pluses.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
