Qualifications for the Tax Consultant:

  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, and PowerPoint, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF, and COUNTIF.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx is a plus.
  • Retail experience is a strong advantage.
  • 4+ years of professional experience required.
  • Experience in sales and use tax compliance, including e-filing, data prep, return prep, reconciliation, and payments.
  • Able to conduct use tax reviews for self-assessment.
  • Account reconciliation, tax research, and licensing experience are pluses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
