Overview
Our State Farm Agency is expanding and we are looking for a driven marketing specialist. You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance information! We need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make calls.
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! We will train and guide you.

What are the requirements?
- Have to be able to BRING IT on a daily basis. Energy is key
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Ability to have great conversations over the phone and build rapport!
- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license
- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health insurance license
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
