TriStarr’s client is looking to bring on a Temporary Operations Clerk to cover a short term medical leave. 

Job Description: 
Performs all activities pertaining to basic data entry, clerical, and administrative support for production control and manufacturing. This position involves entering high volumes of data into company ERP system and Microsoft Excel with utmost precision, accuracy and timeliness.  Qualified candidates must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reconcile shop labor reports into ERP system by daily deadline.
  • Update and maintain various production spreadsheets as required
  • Enter post-production data into Vineze.
  • Scans, indexes, files and creates workflows for pertinent documents in Smart Search database.
  • Matches invoices to receiving documents
  • Assist departments with data entry, copying, filing, scanning and any special projects
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in regards to safety and attendance
  • Works with minimal supervision to accurately accomplish any given task
  • Other duties as assigned/needed

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook required.
  • Knowledge of an ERP system is preferred.  Current ERP system: Epicor
  • Strong attention to detail required

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • One  or more years of  experience in production control, purchasing, data entry or similar role.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with an ERP system is strongly preferred.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary 3-5 months 
PAY RATE: $ 17/hr 
START DATE: asap, pending interviews HOURS: 8:30am – 4:30pm
DRESS CODE: Business casual
