Summary:
LEAD Technical is currently looking for a Test Technician for our manufacturing client in the Rockledge area. In this role, you will be performing functional testing and troubleshooting on electronic, electrical and electromechanical units. This is a CONTRACT role that is available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and troubleshooting on a variety of production and customer returned materials.
- Use various electrical test equipment to isolate and diagnose issues.
- Work from schematics, blueprints and data sheets to complete various testing.
- Test units down to component level utilizing a variety of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, frequency counters, multimeters and function generators.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in electronic testing field.
- HS Diploma or GED Required, AS Degree or Military/Vocational training strongly preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot down to component level.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Ability to work from schematics.
- Ability to use basic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators.
