Our store teams are the heart of Leap and we need to find the best and brightest team to be the face of our brands located in the heart of Boston right on Newbury Street! Here is where you come in! We are seeking a friendly, fashion forward, and customer centric part-time sales associate for high exposure brands like ThirdLove and GoodLife. Our retail associates will have a direct impact on the experience of our customers and the success of the brand store. We look forward to meeting you!Â
Who you are:

- Ability to maintain positivity, composure, and resilience during unexpected or challenging situations

- Comfortable working with and learning new retail technology
- Physically mobile as the role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and prolonged amounts of time on one’s feet
- Ability to work a retail schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays
A Day in the Life:Â
- Create a fun and memorable experience for the customer that makes them want to keep coming back
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through best in class service and representation of the brand
- Leading sales initiatives as well as helping out other brands in the area that are under the Leap umbrella
- Participate in general store maintenance as well as staying up to date with brand trends and merchandising
- Ideate, create, and manage action plans to drive topline business, client engagement, employee engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
- Help out with projects on an ad hoc basisÂ
Objective/Measures of Success:
- Average Order Value and Units Per Transaction will contribute to determining individual key performance indicators
- Client Outreach and support in brand activations
- Ability to accomplish tasks on time and effectively
