Overview

Acxiom seeks a visionary Growth Strategy Officer to elevate our enterprise sales strategies and drive revenue growth. This transformative leader will design and execute innovative go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that empower our sales teams to target, educate, and win high-value clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the Growth Strategy Officer will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling solutions, optimizing sales operations/enablement, and driving unprecedented revenue growth.

*This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do:

+ Craft and continually refine growth-centric strategies and playbooks that seamlessly integrate with Acxiom’s mission and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

+ Partner closely with the CRO to establish strategic priorities and propel the execution of GTM initiatives.

+ Drive the development and adoption of best-in-class practices across stage zero intelligence.

+ Ensure operational processes are optimized to accelerate and sustain aggressive growth targets.

+ Inspire and guide sales and client teams, fostering a culture where innovation, collaboration, and peak performance thrive.

+ Empower team members through mentorship and targeted skill development, closely aligning personal development with Acxiom’s growth trajectory.

+ Innovate and drive the creation of targeted sales playbooks, GTM strategies, and enablement tools that measurably enhance sales efficiency and win rates.

+ Establish and oversee a robust market intelligence function, providing actionable insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to fuel data-driven sales strategies and superior client engagements.

What You Will Have:

+ 15+ years leading sales operations and enablement.

+ 10+ years in CX or Performance-Based Marketing

+ Wide depth of knowledge across multiple industries.

+ Demonstrated success in sales operations, growth strategy development, and leadership.

+ A proven history of driving revenue growth and operational excellence is essential.

+ Mastery of GTM strategies, sales playbook development, and operational efficiency enhancement.

+ Ability to establish C-Suite level relationships.

+ Experience leveraging AI to drive internal innovation and foster growth.

+ Superior analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
