You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence in Visual Merchandising. You have exceptional organizational and Project Management skills and 3+ years of Executive Administrative experience.

TriStarr's client, a luxury watch manufacturer in Long Island City, NY, is looking for Visual Merchandising Executive Admin to ensure seamless project execution across their teams. This role is the administrative backbone of the team and will anticipate the needs of the department. This role has the opportunity to be Hybrid after training.

Visual Merchandising Executive Admin Responsibilities:
 

  • You will manage visual merchandising tasks such as record-keeping and data entry.
  • You will coordinate POS graphics projects and photography shoots for store openings.
  • You will support events through Project Management & liaise with Commercial Logistics.
  • You will maintain communication channels and assist in project planning and execution.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare project status reports.
  • You will perform other tasks as requested by Management.

 
Visual Merchandising Executive Admin Experience/Skills: 
 

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • You have 3+ yrs. Exec. Administrative exp. (pref. in retail or visual merchandising).
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database administration.
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
SALARY RANGE: $89k-$115k
HOURS: Full-time, Monday – Friday
DRESS CODE: Business casual
