**Description**
**VMS Specialist – Admin Technologies – 100% Remote**
This Team supports, maintains and manages the IQN/Beeline contingent labor and professional and consulting services procurement program as well provide administrative support of the VMS application itself. We interface closely with HR, Legal, Procurement, AP, AR, IT and Contracting to manage the entire lifecycle of a contractor. This position while Customer Service focused needs someone who has the ability to pick apart a problem and solve the puzzle using the knowledge of the process and intricacies of all the places it can go wrong. We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
+ Proficient in MS suites, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI for example you may be asked to pull statics from excel, so be able to create pivot tables, sorting and provide data when requested. *Ability to work independently in a remote working environment and being able to keep busy without being directed to do so. *If you have nothing to do, then reach out to your teammates to inquire if they need any assistance *Utilize training material when researching tickets
+ Take on an investigative mindset when working tickets *Ability to identify a problem, its causes, effects, and possible solutions. Being able to address the root causes, and taking actions to intervene to improve the situation. *Being comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, from upper management to contractors.
+ Be proactive. If you see an issue or potential issue, bring it up to the team *Be honest and upfront. If you are struggling with a concept or process, bring it up for additional review/training *Since we are a remote team, must be comfortable in utilizing MS Teams as our primary communication tool in interacting with each team member.
+ Be able to follow department policies, processes, and implement those practices. *Become familiar with our master service agreement implemented with our vendors, and be able to reference back to our vendors when situations arise.
+ Utilize our internal ticketing system to log work/tickets and manage in accordance to our SLA’s. *Research invoice inquires and determine next course of action and engage with AP for missing remits, delays, or other issues that may arise.
+ Provide clear and concise instructions/training to our internal users, as well as our vendor partners and contractors.
+ Familiarize yourself with our vendors partners, and be able to refer to our internal references, master service agreement, etc.
+ Be able to prioritize workload, tasks, projects, deadlines – while keeping our SLA’s in mind and communicating to team/manager when appropriate.
+ Be able to take on additional tasks/projects – while keeping team/manager updated on status/progress. *Validating assignment/project work orders submitted for approval are complete and correct.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience,
+ 3 years – Functional experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with well-known VMS systems (eg. Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, Simplify, VNDLY)
+ 3 years – Experience in Information Services.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
