IDR is seeking a Work Day Integration Leads to join one of our top clients in a fully remote, contract position. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in managing integration workloads, cross-functional impacts, and system releases. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Work Day Integration Leads:

Manage workload for the Integrations team across break-fix and enhancement requests

Ensure critical issues are addressed in a timely manner

Identify and assess cross-functional impacts from configuration or integration changes
-
Assist with bi-annual WD and Adaptive releases, including impact assessment and developing regression testing plans
-
Serve as a technical resource to balance team capacity

Manage performance, morale, and team-related issues
-
Coordinate work between onshore and offshore teams
-
Educate clients on WD Integration capabilities and release management
This is a 6-month contract position.
Required Skills for WD Integration Leads:

Experience managing integration workloads and cross-functional impacts

Familiarity with Workday Integrations and Adaptive Planning

Proven team leadership skills

Ability to manage onshore and offshore teams
