Windows System Architect Manager

Position Overview for the Windows System Architect Manager:
- Design and manage Windows infrastructure solutions, including Active Directory (AD) environments and cloud integrations.
- Oversee virtualization, storage technologies, and backup solutions for both on-premises and cloud installations.
- Manage and optimize Certificate Lifecycle Management processes.
- Lead internal teams and coordinate with external third-party vendors and contractors.
- Ensure effective deployment and upgrades of AD Domain/Functional levels.
- Implement and maintain Group Policy structures and user provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
- Conduct strategic planning for multi-domain administration, data protection, and recovery processes.
Required Skills for the Windows System Architect Manager:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Windows Active Directory architecture, design, development, and security.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and ADDS (2+ years).
- Experience with SSO and Identity Federation services (Azure AD SSO, ADFS, SAML).
- Expertise in Certificate Lifecycle Management with various products/vendors.
- Skilled in System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and ITIL processes.
- Scripting with PowerShell (2+ years).
- Experience with Hypervisor/VMWare architecture and system administration.
