Position Overview/Responsibilities for the RPA Developer:

  • Collaborate with staff, product teams, IT, and other functional areas to ensure cohesive and effective execution of Service Delivery Automation, Data Analysis & Visualizations, Rapid Application Development, and Engagement Support Services.
  • Design and implement complex solutions using Alteryx, Power Platform, and/or UiPath.
  • Integrate automation solutions with other systems and applications.
  • Implement and integrate APIs.
  • Work in a virtual, agile, globally sourced team.

Required Skills for RPA Developer:

  • 2+ years experience on a software delivery team, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preference given to Business or Technology or Accounting major).
