Position Overview/Responsibilities for the RPA Developer:
- Collaborate with staff, product teams, IT, and other functional areas to ensure cohesive and effective execution of Service Delivery Automation, Data Analysis & Visualizations, Rapid Application Development, and Engagement Support Services.
- Design and implement complex solutions using Alteryx, Power Platform, and/or UiPath.
- Integrate automation solutions with other systems and applications.
- Implement and integrate APIs.
- Work in a virtual, agile, globally sourced team.
Required Skills for RPA Developer:
- 2+ years experience on a software delivery team, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree (preference given to Business or Technology or Accounting major).
